OUR PROCESS

We’re specialists in waterproofing leaking showers without removing your tiles. We deliver the most advanced reseal available, using high quality Australian made materials and are a preferred installer for Remedial Membranes.

De-Grout

We begin by removing existing grout from your shower walls and floor. This is because not all grout is created equal, with the majority of grouts being soft and porous – attracting mould and mildew. Any successful job requires the right preparation and leaving you with a perfect result is important to us, which is why we’re committed to this stage of our process. Most companies will only de-grout the perimeters, waste and wall joints which means that once the final seal is applied, any discoloured grout will be sealed in, making it impossible to clean.

Re-Grout

We then re-grout the entire shower with a unique waterproof chemical grout which is of the highest compressive and flexural strength. Our wall grout is rated at a very high CG2WA classification. It has Drop Effect and Bio Block technology – meaning it is water and mould resistant and won’t wear away with harsh scrubbing. Our floor grout is rated at the highest level R2T classification (improved epoxy grout) – extremely tough and waterproof, this grout is chosen for its strength and hygiene.

Complimentary

We change and replace all internal silicone seals around the shower screen (except frameless screens) and apply chemical epoxy grout to inside the floor waste. Your tiles are then hand polished and look brand new again!

Quality Testing

We do not leave the project without assurance that you get the highest quality. Once the reseal is completed, you can use the shower after 24 hours. Our procedures are backed by a 6 year guarantee.
